Clafoutis Sonata is the animation video art installation created in collaboration with architecture designer Sophia Cabral, also featuring the performance by Baby B Strings, it was commissioned by Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, to be in their historic kitchen for 7 months, having its opening exhibit in November 2023.
